درک مراحل جنینی ماهی بنی، ابزار مفیدی برای یافتن زمان و شرایط محیطی مناسب تخم‌ریزی، احتیاجات رشد و استفاده از تکنیکهایی جهت افزایش نرخ رشد و بازماندگی خواهد بود. در این بررسی، مراحل توسعه و تکوین جنینی در ماهی بنی (Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi) در دمای 22 درجه سانتی‌گراد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مولدین پرورشی در شرایط اسارت تخم‌ریزی کردند. تخم‌ها کروی، نارنجی و بسیار چسبنده و فاقد گلبول چریی بودند....
